Blueberry Chia Pudding

3 tbsp organic black chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp organic maple syrup (optional)
Directions
1. Mash blueberries and layer at the bottom of a jar and container.
2. In a bowl mic milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using).
3. Stir well and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Transfer chia mixture to the jar with the mashed blueberries.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Top with extra blueberries before serving.
